UMI Donates Supplies to Local Schools

In August UMI donated supplies to area schools in our three primary locations. Our Titusville, Florida Corporate staff filled 30 backpacks with everything on the supply list for grades K-5 at Mims Elementary School. In Warner Robins, Georgia we provided paper, crayons, notebooks, glue, book bags and more to assist children in need at David Perdue Primary (grades Pre-K through 2) and David Perdue Elementary (3rd through 5th grades) schools. And in Albuquerque, New Mexico 30 backpacks were stuffed with various supplies including paper, pens, pencils, highlighters, folders and crayons for the Santo Domingo Elementary School which is located on the Santo Domingo Pueblo about 40 miles north of Albuquerque.

In total, UMI donated $3,000.00 worth of supplies to schools in three states for children who may otherwise have lacked the materials and tools to succeed in furthering their education to their utmost potential.
