In obtaining this approval, UMI has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as standards of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider membership status, UMI is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its programs that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standards.

Training Management and Administration

We provide an empowering philosophy that streamlines management decisions from internal UMI managers down to the project manager that is on site at the customer’s facility. This process enables rapid problem resolution and expedited action for customers’ requests.

This process begins with the initial phase and continues through the completion of the project. UMI project managers are the front line and often become the “face” of UMI. We know it is very important to have our company represented at the customer sites by people who are well trained and able to provide intelligent decisions in the field.

Quality Control

Upon contracting with a customer, UMI uses a quality control program to ensure that the requirements of the contract are met as specified. We provide information and accurate documentation of assessments, results, and any corrective actions required and /or performed. UMI uses the latest methods and techniques for identifying deficiencies and provides the necessary training to assist your organization in implementing its strategic plan for success.
