Aids AwarenessCourse DescriptionThis course is designed as an introduction and overview. It is appropriate for those professional and non-professional people that may find an HIV/AIDS Awareness course useful. It is designed to augment the knowledge you already possess or to give you the basic knowledge you might need or want. This is a course on awareness and is not designed or intended to give a total and in-depth education on HIV/AIDS. This course defines HIV/AIDS and explains how it manifests and affects society with a focus on prevention. The course is provocative and interactive. Due to the subject matter you are asked to attend with an open mind and a willingness to listen and discuss things that may be outside your comfort zone.
